Digital products

The UK Wedding Planner and The Complete Bundle are digital products. You get instant access as soon as you've paid, and nothing is posted to you.

Cancelling your order

Under UK law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of buying it. To cancel, email hello@posyandplan.co.uk with the email address you used to order. We'll refund you within 14 days of hearing from you.

If something is wrong

If a product is faulty, or isn't as described, tell us and we'll put it right. We'll fix it, replace it or refund you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email hello@posyandplan.co.uk with the email address you used to order, and a screenshot or a short description of the problem.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. If you bought The Complete Bundle, a refund covers the whole order.

This doesn't affect your legal rights.
